1. Design & 3D Modeling

Every piece begins as a hand-drawn concept, then transformed into a precise 3D digital blueprint — allowing us to perfect every curve and detail before production ever starts.

2. Wax Replica & Mold

Detailed wax model is 3D-printed from the digital file. This master is then pressed into a durable rubber mold, enabling us to reproduce the design with flawless consistency.

3. Wax Tree Assembly

Multiple wax copies are attached to a central wax stem, forming a "tree" — a clever method that allows many pieces to be cast in a single cycle for uniformity and efficiency.

4. Ceramic Shell Casting

The wax tree is repeatedly dipped in ceramic slurry and fine sand, building a heat-resistant shell. Once hardened, it's fired in a furnace — the wax melts away, leaving a hollow mold ready for silver.

Why This Matters to YouThis entire process — from sketch to your doorstep — ensures that your S925 piece is:

Beautiful — brilliant shine and precise details

Durable — strong enough for everyday wear

Safe — hypoallergenic and skin-friendly

Long-lasting — with proper care, it will stay lovely for years

5. Pouring Molten S925 Silver

Genuine S925 sterling silver (92.5% pure silver + 7.5% copper alloy) is melted at nearly 1,000°C and poured into the ceramic mold. The liquid metal flows into every tiny crevice, capturing the design in solid silver.

6. Cutting, Filing & Smoothing

After cooling, the ceramic shell is removed, and each piece is carefully cut from the silver tree. Rough edges are filed and sanded until the surface is clean and even.

7.Stone Setting (If Applicable)

For gemstone or CZ designs, skilled artisans set each stone by hand — ensuring every stone is secure and perfectly aligned.

8. Polishing to Perfection

Each piece undergoes progressive polishing with fine buffing wheels and compounds, bringing out the brilliant, mirror-like luster that sterling silver is loved for.

9. Ultrasonic & Steam Cleaning

The jewellery is thoroughly cleaned in an ultrasonic bath to remove all residual dust and oils, then steam-blasted for a radiant, spotless finish.

10. Protective Coating (Optional)

For added durability and tarnish resistance, we may apply a micro-thin rhodium plating — giving the silver an extra-white, long-lasting shine. Gold plating or antique finishes are also available for special styles.

11. Assembly & Final Checks

Chains, clasps, and findings are hand-assembled and tested for smooth functionality. Every single piece then undergoes a rigorous quality inspection — checking purity, stone tightness, surface finish, and wearability.

12. Thoughtful Packaging & Shipping

Each finished item is wrapped in anti-tarnish tissue and placed in a premium gift box. A final random quality audit is conducted before the order is carefully packed and shipped to you — complete with an authenticity card upon request.
